Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have prior cash handling and Micros register experience.
• Bartending experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to engage with customers professionally.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willing to participate in beverage field training.
• Knowledge of property events, promotions and attractions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work any day or shift.
• Must be able to tolerate heat and comply with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and takes food and beverage orders in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• Prepares food and beverage orders and delivers them in a timely manner in accordance with the venue's standards.
• Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled.
• Performs cash handling tasks, as required and in accordance with cash handling procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of guest and work areas, including tables, chairs, counters, display shelves and storage.
• Performs all side work and stocking of supplies in accordance with venue standards.
• Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
