Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Food & Beverage team member in Biloxi to support our dining outlets with friendly, fast service. You will handle cash, assist guests, and help ensure accuracy in orders and deliveries across Baykery, Buffet and other venues.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with weekend and night shifts common. Training, adherence to ServSafe standards, and a commitment to guest satisfaction are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and account for all monies, coupons, comps and receipts.
• Expedite food purchases for dine-in and online orders according to standards.
• Restock inventory using the front line checklist and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Serve as ambassador for the outlets and provide superior customer service.
• Report issues and guest complaints to management and uphold regulatory compliance.
