Target in Missoula, MT is seeking a Food & Beverage Sales Executive Team Leader to drive total store sales, uphold brand standards, and lead a team of hourly colleagues through shifts including early mornings and weekends.

You will develop workload plans, coach teammates, maintain food safety standards, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver a guest-first experience while managing department activities and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to departmental profitability.
• Model guest service standards and lead a guest-first culture.
• Ensure food safety standards and cleaning routines are followed.
• Lead an efficient operation to support sales goals.
• Plan and manage workload, including monthly/weekly schedules.
• Oversee department scheduling with Team Leaders.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor performance.
• Develop, coach, and train hourly team members to elevate skills.
