Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; data entry experience with MS Office; background check and drug screen required.
• Prior experience with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Validate and verify food & beverage orders and quantities with management.
• Place orders using appropriate software for approved items.
• Verify all Bear Claw and Snack Bar orders to ensure need.
• Rotate and verify orders with vendors and managers using HACCP procedures.
• Maintain quality of food & beverage staff and communicate daily with F & B managers.
• Create monthly inventory counts and maintain transfers with Excel.
• Assist in balance of inventories and reception area cleanliness.
