Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans seeks a friendly F&B Porter to help with delivery, stocking, and cleaning across food & beverage venues. You will support setup and breaking down events as needed and ensure supplies are available to maintain smooth operations throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates are at least 21, with any experience in hospitality and the ability to obtain a racing license from the Louisiana Racing Commission.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old and able to obtain a racing license from Louisiana Racing Commission.
• Some experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for shifts.

Responsabilités

• Maintain stock levels and assist with setup and teardown of events.
• Keep assigned areas clean and orderly throughout shifts.
• Perform routine inventory and ensure timely delivery of requisitions.
• Assist bartenders, servers, and concession staff as needed.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines and FIFO inventory practices.
