Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a Beverage Server to provide prompt beverage service in an assigned station, supporting restaurant guests and team members. You will ensure friendly, professional service and uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a high school diploma or GED, and 2–3 years of previous beverage service experience in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits are provided with a focus on team welfare.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two to three years previous experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with the public and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist in training and coaching of new bartenders.
• Assist management in ordering and maintaining inventory levels for alcohol.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes.
• Participate in monthly inventory and maintain a neat bar station.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
