Job summary

Aramark at Bolger Center in Potomac, MD is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage supervisor to assist the Director in delivering exceptional service across all outlets, while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.

The role includes staffing, training, payroll coordination, inventory, and ensuring compliance with Aramark policies; as needed, perform banquet and server duties.

Qualifications

• Two years working experience in banquet style functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and relate to others.
• Ability to manage payroll and operating expenses within F&B.

Responsibilities

• Work with Food and Beverage Director to ensure service standards, cost controls, and policy compliance.
• Assigns and assists Line Service Workers with tasks and duties.
• Coordinate and monitor event setup, coverage, and cleanup activities.
• Monitor break cart service and Nourishment Hubs.
• Oversee operations in all Food and Beverage outlets.
• Train and schedule front-line staff; recruit and develop talent.
• Oversee payroll and labor costs within the department.
• Perform duties of banquet/restaurant server as required.
• Ensure Micros system accuracy (voids, comps, corrections).
• Follow ARAMARK safety and sanitation policies.
