Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage in California to lead and develop a high-performing hospitality team. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences across outlets, banquets, and conferences while upholding F&B standards and responsible business practices.

The role collaborates with finance to set budgets and drive revenue, overseeing multiple outlets and managers. A hotel management background with 4+ years of leadership is required, with a local language

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field.
• 4+ years’ related experience, including management experience.
• Must speak local language.
• Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

• Directing, coaching, and developing a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service.
• Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding ways to exceed them.
• Managing food and beverage standards to meet the company’s responsible business practices.
• Collaborating with the finance team to set, monitor, and refine budgets and drive revenue.
• Overseeing multiple outlets, kitchens, banquet and convention facilities and managing several managers and supervisors.
