• Lead daily operations in assigned areas, including concessions, premium clubs, suites, catering, or restaurants.
• Ensure operational readiness before, during, and after events.
• Monitor service quality, staffing deployment, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure Levy hospitality and service standards are consistently executed.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to Supervisors, Leads, and hourly team members.
• Support management in communicating operational priorities and expectations.
• Act as the lead operational contact when managers are engaged elsewhere.
• Respond to guest concerns and assist with service recovery efforts.
• Report operational, guest, or safety concerns to management.
• Assist with shift planning and labor deployment.
• Complete required operational documentation and event reports.

Position Title: Food & Beverage Operations - Spring Training Facilities

Pay Range: $21.00to$28.00

Summary

The Senior Operations Lead is an experienced hourly leadership position responsible for supporting the execution of food and beverage operations.This role serves as a senior resource for Supervisors and frontline team members, helping to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and consistent execution of Levy standards.
