Job summary

Cimarron Casino in Perkins, OK is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to support the Food & Beverage Supervisor in delivering high-standard guest service. You will handle orders, cashier duties, and food preparation while maintaining clean dining areas and compliance with tribal controls.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and prior food service experience, plus POS familiarity and ServSafe/Alcohol licenses as applicable. This is a full-time position in a casino environment.

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred.
• High School diploma (or GED) required.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Alcoholic beverage service license within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service to Guests.
• Serves as an order taker and cashier for all food and beverage transactions.
• Prepares and serves all food and beverage orders to Guests’ specifications.
• Performs cleaning and stocking duties according to enterprise specifications.
• Maintains dining room and Guest self-service areas.
• Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, and to TICS (Tribal Internal Control Standards).
