Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Miami is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for our Pool & Beach operation to lead service standards and financial performance. You will manage F&B teams, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and optimize daily operations in a dynamic 24-hour setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role, a post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus, and strong communication skills to drive team engagement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related food & beverage leadership experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred.
• Strong leadership with a track record of engaging guests and teams and delivering strong financial results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and able to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all food & beverage operations for pool & beach areas.

About You

Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Advanced knowledgeable of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
