Four Seasons Jackson Hole invites aspiring hospitality leaders to join a Manager in Training (MIT) program designed to develop you into an Assistant Manager across multiple departments within the first year.

Throughout the program you will receive mentorship, hands-on experience in F&B and hotel operations, and participate in training sessions, with a focus on guest service excellence and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 2–3 years in hospitality or F&B industry.
• College degree in Hospitality or related area required.
• 12–18 month commitment for program.
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional dining experience reflecting Four Seasons standards.
• Foster a positive, guest-focused work environment.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, leadership, and accountability.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, menus, and offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and create personalized experiences.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates and guest expectations.
• Assist onboarding and ensure new hires are entered into payroll/scheduling systems.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees with a culture of accountability.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Ensure staff describe menu offerings, ingredients, and wine/beverage pairings.
• Support payroll, staffing levels, and labor utilization.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, Catering, Conference Services and other departments.
• Attend operations meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
• Analyze guest feedback and service metrics to implement improvements.
• Inspect outlets and equipment and recommend enhancements.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Take on special projects as assigned.
