Job summary

Fairmont San Francisco is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to report to the Director of Food & Beverage. You will lead, mentor and train the F&B team to uphold service standards while driving revenue through new offerings, promotions and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, addressing guest concerns, ensuring safety and sanitation, and balancing operational and administrative duties.

• Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the F&B teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions.
• Monitor the departmental budget in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
• Monitor all guest service standards, seeking ways to improve product and service and increase volumes and profits.
• Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Additional Information

Salary Grade: $85,000 to $108,000 USD gross annual
