Job summary

Prime Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to run the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operation at a resort in Marathon, FL. You will forecast labor, schedule, and order product to balance guest experience with cost control.

You will lead F&B supervisors, coach staff, and build revenue through promotions and events while maintaining food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant or resort F&B management.
• Leadership experience in supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of cost controls and P&L management.
• Experience with Toast POS or similar systems.
