Position Details

Title: FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER - American Airlines - Austin

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

Position Highlights

• Lead American Airlines Lounge operations at AUS Airport, ensuring exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Work in a flexible environment, including weekends and evenings, with the ability to handle both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure guest satisfaction through effective service, team leadership, and maintaining a clean environment.
2. Maintain accurate reporting on operations, inventory, and scheduling.
3. Train, develop, and mentor staff to ensure quality service.
4. Create work schedules based on guest traffic and labor models.
5. Assist with ordering, inventory management, and supply control.
6. Enforce safety, sanitation, and security policies promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage management in hotels, restaurants, or multi-unit operations.
• Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and labor management.
• Self-motivated with a passion for guest service.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Minimum of 2 years in high-volume F&B roles.
• Ability to motivate and lead a guest-centric team.
