This nine-month, non-tenure-track position begins Fall 2027 and focuses on teaching undergraduate courses in restaurant operations and management, with potential involvement in executive education and professional certificate programs. Qualifications

• Earned degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
• Lecturer: Master’s degree and 3 years restaurant management experience and 2 years post-secondary teaching experience.
• Assistant Professor-in-Residence: Ph.D. degree and 3 years restaurant management experience and 2 years post-secondary teaching experience.

Responsabilités

• Active engagement with the local restaurant industry.
• Teaching courses related to restaurant operations and management.
• Mentoring undergraduate students and serving on Department, College and University committees.
• Involvement in professional, community, and industry roles.
