Qualifications

• Lecturer: Master’s degree and 3 years restaurant management experience and 2 years post-secondary teaching experience.
• Assistant Professor-in-Residence: Ph.D. degree and 3 years restaurant management experience and 2 years post-secondary teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in restaurant operations and management.
• Mentor undergraduate students and advise on coursework.
• Serve on Department, College and University committees.
• Engage with the local restaurant industry and participate in professional activities.
