Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; enrolled Tohono O’odham tribal member.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Culinary or Hospitality preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation; obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Tribal, City, State and Federal Health/Food Safety codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Collaborate with Mentor on long-range training goals in TOGE.
• Work in all Food & Beverage venues to gain department knowledge.
• Perform multitasking duties including clerical tasks and data entry.
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality and strong customer service.
• Represent Desert Diamond Casino with an on-brand attitude.
• Flexibility to take on additional duties as assigned by management.
