Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current student in an accredited hospitality program.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers and team members in different departments.
• Participate in leadership development courses.
• Complete weekly assignments.
• Rotate through line-level positions to gain operational perspective.
• Attend departmental leadership meetings.
• Practice the three steps of service with members.
• Use member name recognition at all times.
• Maintain high-level member/guest experiences.
