Job summary

The Alida in Savannah, GA is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations, hire and train front-of-house staff, and manage budgets and inventory. You will drive service standards, guest satisfaction, and collaboration with culinary leaders to execute menus and guest experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Food & Beverage leader preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership and oversight of daily Food & Beverage operations.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing front of house team members.
• Maintain and uphold service standards and operational procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering and labor oversight.
• Collaborate with culinary and operational leaders on menu execution and guest experience initiatives.
• Respond to guest feedback and help resolver service concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide leadership support during service periods, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Foster a positive and engaging team culture.
• Prior experience as Food & Beverage leader preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a high-volume environment.
