Manage food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements.

Duties And Responsibilities
PEOPLE:
  • Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
  • Educate and train all team members in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety regulations. Ensure staff are properly trained on quality and service standards, have the necessary tools and equipment, and are empowered to carry out job duties.
  • Educate and train all team members on menu knowledge and upselling techniques.
  • Treat each employee fairly; listen and handle employee issues as they arise in a professional manner. Discrete employee counseling and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Set a positive example and always lead by example in appearance, work ethic, and service standards.
  • Order food, supplies, and necessary products.
  • Greet customers and take their orders.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about items.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing concerns.
  • Keep dining area neat and organized.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
GUEST EXPERIENCE:
  • Ensure all food and beverage equipment are in proper operational condition and are cleaned regularly.
  • Ensure that the restaurant facility is cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume. Notify engineering immediately of any maintenance and repair needs.
  • Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Respond courteously and promptly to all guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure high guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Server.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays safely.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including AM and PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

This is a full-time, on-site position with regular hours Monday through Friday. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
