The candidate will manage foodLead duties, oversee equipment, temperature logs, inventory, and training during shifts, while complying with all laws, policies, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice or retail service environments preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to follow established SOPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock and maintain foodservice areas, ensuring products are dated and safe.
• Assist with food preparation, heating, cooling, and case maintenance per SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice and store areas.
• Monitor temperatures and log records; ensure compliance with food safety policies.
• Help train and support other associates on shift.
