Sand Valley Internship offers hands-on hospitality experience within a premier Wisconsin resort. You will work with the Food & Beverage team, serving guests, supporting daily dining operations, and learning across multiple dining concepts.

As an intern, you’ll collaborate with culinary and resort teams, gain practical skills, and contribute to guest experiences while learning in a fast-paced outdoor hospitality environment throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a hospitality, food and beverage, business, or related program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on hospitality experience as part of Sand Valley’s Food & Beverage team.
• Serve guests and support restaurant operations across concepts.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Culinary, and other resort teams.
• Develop practical skills through daily operations and team learning.
