Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert in Wake Forest, NC. You will create an easy, inspiring guest experience, greet guests, and assist with product placement, replenishment and signing.

You will support the team to maintain food safety standards and adhere to Target's policies while delivering exceptional service. This role requires 18+ years of age, basic food/grocery experience preferred, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends in a dynamic store

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first and freshness culture in Food & Beverage
• Food & Beverage business fundamentals, including sales trends, inventory, quality and freshness management, and guest shopping patterns
• Understanding food seasonality, freshness and quality, food safety standards and routines, and merchandising
• Working with a dynamic and fast-paced team focused on the guest experience and routinely executing the Food & Beverage Standards and best practices through individual Assignment Sheets and task execution
