Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert in Lone Tree, CO to deliver an exceptional guest experience across our store operations. You will greet guests, help them find products, and maintain a friendly, safe environment throughout shifts.

Youwill collaborate with teammates, support back-up cashier roles, and uphold Food & Beverage standards while adapting to peak times and inventory needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team and assist peers in other areas as needed.
• Follow Food & Beverage standards and processes for deliveries, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Work with vendors to maintain displays and backroom organization.
• Assist with back-up cashier, order pick up, and drive-up duties when needed.
