What You’ll Do

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in different areas depending on the event and staffing needs.

• Guest Service: Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Food & Beverage Service: Assist with concessions, banquets, buffets, beverage stations, and bar service.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Prepare service areas before events and help clean up afterward.
• Team Support: Assist with food preparation, stocking, bussing, dishwashing, and other event-related tasks.
• Cash Handling: Operate registers and process payments when assigned.
• Food Safety: Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Bartending: Qualified team members may assist with preparing and serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with Washington State regulations.

Every event is different! Team members must be willing to assist in multiple areas of the Food & Beverage Department as needed.

Requirements

• Washington State Food Worker Card required.
• MAST Permit required for positions involving alcohol service.
• Previous restaurant, catering, banquet, concession, or bartending experience is a plus, but not required!

Schedule

This is an event-based position, with hours and shifts determined by scheduled events and business needs. Applicants must be comfortable with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
