Hermitage Country Club is seeking an energetic, experienced Food and Beverage Director to elevate daily operations across dining outlets, banquets, and special venues. The role will require forecasting, budgeting, staff hiring and training, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

The candidate must communicate effectively, lead a large team year-round, and drive service excellence while maintaining CMAA standards and a strong financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily food and beverage operations for a club or hospitality group.
• Strong financial acumen and budget forecasting.
• Excellent communication and leadership of a diverse staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily F&B operations across dining outlets, banquets, and special venues.
• Forecast, plan, and manage department budgets; hire and train staff.
• Improve member service standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
