Job summary

Regal is seeking Team Members in Charlottesville to welcome guests, serve concessions, and maintain a clean theatre experience from entry to exit.

You will be part of a fast-paced, high-energy team with opportunities for growth and scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, positive experience by assisting guests and answering questions throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Support guest flow, seating, and overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
