Job summary

Regal Cinemas Marlborough is seeking Team Members to welcome guests, serve concessions, and help keep theatres clean and safe. You’ll interact with guests throughout their visit, handle food and beverage service, and assist with seating and theatre operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, free movie tickets, discounts, and opportunities for growth within Regal locations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, positive experience by assisting guests and answering questions throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces
• Support guest flow, seating, and overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed
