PENN Entertainment is seeking a capable individual to support bar and warehouse operations, including stock receipt, inventory, and safe handling of food & beverage items. You will ensure accurate records, process shipments, and maintain cleanliness per safety standards.

Responsibilities cover receiving, stocking, delivering, and coordinating with managers while upholding high customer service quality and regulatory compliance. ServSafe training is preferred or required.

• Inspects goods and informs Manager of problems.
• Processes all incoming/outgoing USPS, UPS, FedEx items.
• Checks in, stocks and delivers Food & Beverage goods.
• Places liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, and supplies in designated places following storage guidelines.
• Operates and maintains bar equipment and utensils as required.
• Removes debris and maintains clean work areas per safety guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness of designated areas per health and safety standards.

• Operates and maintains all bar equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
• Removes and properly disposes of all debris accumulated around the property as needed and in accordance with department procedures.
• Wipes bar counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation.
• Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards for the bar and warehouse/receiving dock.
• Assists in banquet setup and tear down of fixtures, furniture, and equipment as needed.
• Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for promptly notifying leadership of any issues that may arise.
• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence and maintain a clean driving record. Must have driver's license on their person at all times.
• Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
