About the Opportunity

We are looking for skilled Food & Beverage Attendants to join our professional team to deliver a high standard of customer service with a friendly, positive ‘can do’ attitude and a helpful approach.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across all our outlets with a broad range of service styles including conference & events, casual dining, pool and bar service.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers;
• Providing detailed menu knowledge & explanation;
• Taking orders;
• Communicating with the kitchen;
• Setting up & clearing tables;
• Interacting with guests.

With rosters available two weeks in advance, our team's roster allows us to maintain consistency in our work schedules. Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week with evenings + weekends is ideal.

What you’ll need to be successful

• Previous experience working in a customer-focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service.
• A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service.
• Current VIC RSA Certificate
• Exceptional communication skills with a bright & friendly personality.
• The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team.
