CSP SFM, LLC in Starkville, MS, is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member for the Starkville Parks & Recreation facility. This part-time, non-exempt role supports daily food service operations and event execution, delivering friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities include handling cash, operating a register, taking orders, setting up and cleaning food areas, and ensuring proper food safety and temperature controls. The position requires 16+ and weekend availability.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
• One year of customer service experience with general public preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with outstanding customer service.
• Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine.
• Perform basic mathematical computations.
• Balance drawer and manage daily income.
• Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner.
• Clean food & beverage areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers.
• Pick up in and around food & beverage areas.
• Scrape and rinse dishes, load dishwasher and operate dishwashing machine; wash dishes, carts, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls.
• Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas.
• Alert management immediately for suspicious activity or safety concerns, and regarding cash drawer mistakes.
