Job summary

Jah Favorite Pizza in West Monroe, LA is seeking a Phone Architect to help manage store operations and food preparation on a fast-paced line.

TM will be trained on makeline and oven, learning to stretch sauce and cheese, build orders quickly, read job aids, and package items correctly for post-cook service. 18+ years old, able to work late shifts, and capable of standing long hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and operate makeline and oven.
• Stretch sauce and cheese pizzas correctly and build orders.
• Read job aids and ensure orders are assembled accurately.
• Load products into ovens within a 2-minute make time.
• Assist customers as needed.

Job Description

Phone Architect

TM will have the responsibility of the production of the store. Primary is task is preparing food. TM will be trained in detailed to how work the makeline & oven . Know how to stretch sauce & cheese pizzas correctly. Correctly make an order complete build. Correctly read job aids. TM is also responsibility for loading product in the ovens correctly & under a 2 minute make time. TM will be trained in detail how to correctly oven trend. How to correctly package product in the right boxes & properly prepare post cook items. TM will also need to knowhow to assist customer
