Phone Architect

TM will have the responsibility of the production of the store. Primary task is preparing food. TM will be trained in detail on how to work the makeline & oven. Know how to stretch sauce & cheese pizzas correctly. Correctly make an order complete build. Correctly read job aids. TM is also responsible for loading product in the ovens correctly & under a 2-minute make time. TM will be trained in detail on how to correctly oven trend. How to correctly package product in the right boxes & properly prepare post-cook items. TM will also need to know how to assist customers.
