Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Phone Specialist to be the friendly face of our store, handling orders by phone, in-person lobby, and through the drive-thru window. You will be trained to operate the order screen, ensure accurate orders, and prepare items for drivers during busy periods.

The ideal candidate is 16+, has good communication, a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We value reliability and the ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Front of store duties including taking orders over the phone, in the lobby, and at the drive-thru.
• Familiarize with the order screen and process orders accurately.
• Prepare orders for drivers and dispatch them; assist with food prep during rush periods.

Job Description

Phone Specialist

TM will have the responsibility of the front of the store. Primary is taking orders. Over the phone, lobby & drive thru window. TM will be trained in detailed to work the order screen. Know how to move through the order screen. Correctly make an order. Correctly cash an order out. TM is also responsibility for preparing orders for driver & dispatching for them. TM will also prep some food for the rush.
