Job summary

Domino's in Monroe, LA is seeking a Phone Specialist to join our store team. You will handle orders over the phone, in the lobby, and through the drive-thru window, and you will be trained to navigate the order screen and complete transactions.

You will also prepare orders for drivers, assist during rush periods, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced environment. Candidates should be at least 16, possess good communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and follow

Job Description

Phone Specialist

TM will have the responsibility of the front of the store. Primary is taking orders. Over the phone, lobby & drive thru window. TM will be trained in detailed to work the order screen. Know how to move through the order screen. Correctly make an order. Correctly cash an order out. TM is also responsibility for preparing orders for driver & dispatching for them. TM will also prep some food for the rush.
