What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will assist management in directing and administering a restaurant within the hotel to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising, supporting, scheduling, assigning daily work, and training team members in all restaurant activities and operations
• Monitoring and evaluating team member performance
• Supporting team members in handling guest inquiries, requests, and resolving complaints
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
• Managing product quality, service, customer satisfaction trends, and making improvements
• Monitoring inventory and inventory control
