DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area is looking for their next Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead their Food and Beverage team! This 236-room property is an official Walt Disney World hotel located less than a mile from shopping, dining, and entertainment at Disney Springs.

The ideal candidate will have Food and Beverage background experience, will be guest service oriented and hands-on in the daily operations. We're seeking a great leader to supervise a team of 15 team members within this department and all the Food and Beverage outlets and Banquets/Events operations.

Shift Pattern: We require full flexibility with schedules, weekdays, weekends and holidays, as needed. AM and PM shifts, starting as early as 7AM and ending as late as 11PM.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations

Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance

Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints

Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards

Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly

Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
