Prime Group is seeking an F&B Hourly Supervisor to lead the floor and ensure smooth service across peak periods at our Marathon, FL properties—Faro Blanco Resort and Courtyard by Marriott.

You will coach servers, bartenders and cooks, manage guest concerns, handle cash and shift close-out, and oversee inventory and product rotation to maintain high standards of hospitality. This role offers on-site hours with potential for growth in F&B management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food and beverage service
• 1+ year in a lead role
• Strong guest-facing, proactive service mindset
• Accurate cash handling and familiarity with Toast POS
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Weekend, holiday, and split-shift flexibility
• Restaurant and bar experience preferred
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality (Hilton/Marriott) preferred

Great service starts with someone who leads the shift with energy and care. As F&B Hourly Supervisor, you will keep the floor moving, support your team through the busiest moments, and make sure every guest feels welcome from the first hello.

Job Summary

Lead the floor and the shift. Keep service flowing, the team supported, and the guest experience on standard through every meal period.

What You'll Do

Including but not limited to:

• Lead pre-shift briefings and balance the floor during peak periods
• Coach servers, bartenders, and cooks to deliver service with speed and warmth
• Listen fully before responding to a guest concern, then resolve it
• Oversee cash handling and shift close-out
• Manage inventory, par levels, and product rotation

What You Bring

• 2+ years in food and beverage service, with 1+ year in a lead role
• A natural way with guests, and the awareness to move before they have to ask
• Accuracy with Toast point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and split shifts
• Restaurant and bar experience preferred
• Starbucks experience a plus for The Bistro at Courtyard by Marriott
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred
