Prime Group seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to run restaurant, bar, and in-room dining at a premium resort in the Florida area.

You will forecast demand, schedule labor, and manage costs while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on coaching supervisors, driving revenue through promotions, and upholding food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in restaurant or resort food and beverage.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience with cost controls and P&L management.
• Certification in TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong forecast, yield management, and cost-planning skills.
• Excellent guest service, coaching, and conflict resolution.

Job Summary

Run the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operation at your resort. Deliver food and service that brings guests back while keeping costs and the team on plan.

What You'll Do

• Run restaurant, bar, and room service operations each day
• Forecast covers, then schedule labor and order product to match, without compromising the guest experience
• Lead and develop F&B supervisors and staff
• Build revenue through promotions, events, and upselling
• Maintain food safety and responsible alcohol service standards

What You Bring

• 5+ years in restaurant or resort food and beverage
• At least 2 years in supervisory or management roles
• Working knowledge of cost controls and P&L management
• Experience with Toast point-of-sale and inventory systems
• Forecasting, yield management, and critical thinking, with the ability to read outlet P&Ls and build cost plans
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
• Floor presence: you coach in the moment and turn a guest complaint into a repeat guest
• Restaurant and bar experience preferred
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred
