The Fox Hill Club is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The Fox Hill Club is committed to providing exceptional service and outstandingdining experiences in a family-friendly and welcoming environment for all Members and their guests.

The responsibilities include:

• Coach and provide support and leadership to the dining staff
• Managing and supervising event operation
• Staffing events
• Attending F&B Meetings
• Step into various dining room roles as necessary
• At times, oversees and manages pool cabana operations
• Outstanding communication with the front of the house and kitchen staff
• Effectively handle club members and guests
• Receive and greet members and guests by name
• Great upbeat attitude and a passion for great service
• Direct pre-shift meetings
• Assist F&B Director to control labor costs by improving productivity and managing
  
  

the number of servers needed

• Ensure all staff are familiar with current menu, specials and unavailable items
• Attends weekly leadership meetings
• Assists with physical inventories of china, silverware and glassware to keep us at par
• Orders uniforms and supplies needed for the front of the house
• Obtains, reviews and maintains up to date health and public safety material
• Develops general operatingprocedures for the front of the house
• TIPs certified (will be required within the first 30 days of employment)
• Assure that dining area is stocked and product rotated as needed
• Checks for completions of all side work, opening and closing duties
• Assistsserversin bussing, refilling water, food running, and taking drink or food orders
• Work a flexible schedule

Reports to F&B Director

Hourly Rate: $20/hr

We comply with the HFWA Sick Pay Requirements for all employees.

Full Benefits package for all full-time employees to include Medical, Dental, Vision and other voluntary
