Job summary

Wyndham-Grand-Jupiter is seeking an energetic F&B Supervisor to lead the morning breakfast operation. You will create a welcoming experience, oversee daily breakfast service, and ensure high standards of food presentation.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands excellent hospitality, and is a hands-on leader. This full-time role involves a schedule of 6 am to 2 pm, with weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational efforts and strategies of our Lobby Lounge outlets.
• Supervise Lobby Lounge Outlet associates.
• Train associates on food preparation, sanitation, and service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates.
• Maintain open communication between management and staff.
• Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
• Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant.
• Participate in weekly staff, sales, and food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory.
• Ensure all food served meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes.
• Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
