Job Description

Sushi Tama is currently looking for a full-time supervisor who can also work as a server/hostess if needed.

Tama is part of the Shōwa Hospitality group. We are an upscale Japanese Sushi restaurant located in Beverly Hills.

Our restaurant focuses on providing an excellent and exciting dining experience in Los Angeles. We seek energetic, service-driven servers with a passion for food and beverage, who want to create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return.

The supervisor will be responsible for the operation of the restaurant by delivering the best customer service to all guests. They will ensure the team operates in a courteous and respectful manner among themselves and with customers. The role includes managing staffing levels, planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating team members and resources to ensure efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages, while maintaining guest comfort and a positive restaurant reputation. The supervisor will oversee business performance, uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in upscale casual or fine dining is required. Experience as a server is highly preferred.
