Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations at a hotel location. You will lead front-of-house staff, ensure service quality, and contribute to guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food handling.

The role requires culinary-related education or equivalent experience, and at least one year in food & beverage or hospitality. The position offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

• Directs and supervises front-of-house staff to maintain high-quality service, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Directs and supervises food preparation for specific shifts across hotel outlets, ensuring high quality, consistency and proper food handling.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Life as a Food and Beverage Supervisor:

• Supervises the daily operation of the restaurant & banquets, maintaining established quality and service standards and maximizing profits.
• Ensures guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous, correct service.
• Directs and supervises employees in the front of the house to maintain high quality service, cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction.
• Directs and supervises the food preparation for specific shifts in all food outlets of the hotel and ensures the highest-level quality and consistency as relates to food handling, food quality and food presentations
• Performs other duties assigned by management.
