Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC seeks a friendly Barista in Anaheim, CA to take and serve guest orders promptly, perform setup tasks, answer menu questions, and operate the POS system in a fast-paced hotel or cafe setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional appearance, English communication, and safe food handling. Weekend/holiday availability is required, with benefits including health plans, PTO, travel discounts, wellness program and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Safe food handling and Smart Serve certificates required.
• Ability to work AM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.
