What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will assist the manager in directing and organizing the activities and services of our hotel’s food and beverage outlets (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) to deliver an excellent guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in managing operations, including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing initiatives, systems management, budgeting, forecasting, policy enforcement, and meetings.
2. Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
3. Assessing product quality and service satisfaction, addressing issues, and implementing improvements.
4. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
5. Implementing marketing and upselling techniques to promote food, beverage, and services to maximize revenue.
6. Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
7. Acting in the absence of the manager as needed.
