The Gallerie Bar & Bistro Team at Hilton Columbus Downtown is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join our award-winning property. Bring your talents to a creative, dynamic environment with passionate teammates!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing initiatives, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Evaluate product quality and service satisfaction, addressing issues and implementing improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
• Implement marketing and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff.
• Act in the absence of the manager as needed.
