Charter Steakhouse is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead from the floor and keep restaurant, bar, and banquet operations running at a high level. Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, this role combines hands‑on shift leadership, team development, guest service, and day‑to‑day operational oversight in a busy resort environment. This is a great fit for a hospitality leader who likes being in the action—coaching the team during service, solving problems as they happen, and making sure guests receive consistently excellent service. Duties Include

• Lead restaurant and banquet shifts as Manager on Duty, maintaining a strong floor presence and ensuring smooth, high‑quality service
• Oversee guest experience, including reservations, table flow, service recovery, and coordination with the culinary team
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop team members while leading pre‑shift communication and maintaining performance standards
• Monitor payroll, labor, daily sales, comps, voids, discounts, POS accuracy, and cash handling
• Support inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, beverage operations, events, and special programming
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, alcohol service, and company standards while supporting accurate operational records and marketing initiatives

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a hands‑on Food & Beverage leader who knows how to motivate a team, deliver exceptional guest service, and keep the operation running smoothly. The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They have at least three years of supervisory or management experience in a table‑service restaurant or equivalent education and experience, along with strong beverage knowledge, financial and labor‑management skills, and experience with POS systems (Toast preferred). ServSafe and TIPS certification (or equivalent) and a minimum age of 21 are required. Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional mornings is essential.
