This stunning 374-room hotel, with three various F&B outlets, is located three miles from Las Olas Boulevard's vibrant restaurants and shops, offers a full-service spa, multiple dining options, an outdoor pool, and private cabanas.

Ideal candidates for this role have:

• Minimum of 1 year of hotel supervisory experience
• 2 years of restaurant serving/bartending experience
• Comfortable having a floor and guest-facing presence

Shift Pattern: Full availability and flexibility for all shifts (AM/MID/PM), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

• Plan and direct administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department
• Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
• Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing
