We’re excited to welcome a Barback to Barto, our vibrant bar and lounge located within our stunning 374-room resort just three miles from Las Olas Boulevard—home to some of Fort Lauderdale’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in Food and Beverage, 2+ years of customer service experience, and flexibility on shifts.

Shift Pattern: Full availability required (Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed).

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Barback, you will prepare and service bars throughout the hotel, supporting outstanding guest service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Retrieving orders, checking stock, and ensuring accuracy
• Preparing garnishes, slicing fruits, and storing supplies
• Assisting bartenders with stock and bar maintenance
• Transporting and maintaining taps and beer kegs
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area and storage spaces
